REFUND POLICY

SERVICE PROVIDER

• AIROIT is not directly involved in the online payment but through service provider (Billdesk through KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK).
• In the event that the Subscriber does not receive confirmation within 14 days of making the payment it is the responsibility of the Subscriber to check with the AiroIT that the payment has been accepted.
• The Subscriber shall remain responsible for the Payment until such time as the confirmation as referred to above is received from the AiroIT in relation to each of these and any outstanding amounts owed to the AiroIT.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Payment Terms - the User certifies that at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. User is responsible for the security of User's password and for all transactions undertaken using User's password through our service. User confirms that he/she is the authorized holder of the credit card or the original account holder used in the transactions under this Site.
